If you thought about starting a yoga practice but never really took off then this workshop is for you. Even if you are a regular practitioner and want to know more then this is also for you. Learn the basic postures and some breathing techniques. This workshop will help give new and existing students a deeper understanding of yoga. Join us in a comfortable, relaxed environment.
The workshop will be followed by a complimentary light lunch and your choice of herbal and/or chai tea, outside in a relaxing ambience.
