Beginners Yoga 4 week series starts Saturday September 15 and continues through October 6th. Each Saturday from 11:30-1:30
Join me Susan Cuda this September for a New Beginners Yoga Series! This 4 week series is for woman and men. Together we will explore yoga fundamentals for Beginners. Learn to feel the subtle and encouraging messages your body sends as signals of sensation. Use the subtle messages to correct misalignments safely. All your joints will feel better and you will feel more youthful. Learn a daily breathing practice that connects you to deep core muscles safely, which creates stability. Learn yoga postures that work for you as an individual.
I love to teach yoga fundamentals: Your foundation! When you come to know your foundation, you build stability and truly begin to feel the grace and power within your body. That is when the magic happens!
You will learn the basics to increase:
Which muscles are the weakest and how that weakness effects your body mind and spirit.
How to safely strengthen weak muscles
Address pain and discomfort
Learn simple meditation techniques
This class will provide you with the basics to be able to participate in a group yoga classes
Most importantly, You will learn how to Breathe
While we will pace this class accordingly, it is a challenging physical practice that requires your commitment for all 4 weeks. If you do not have a daily physical regime such as walking, tread mill, stationary bike, etc, it is recommended that you start a one to prepare for this series.
All yoga props are supplied for this series. Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one. If not, Namaste will loan you a mat for the 4 week series.
