Yoga is an amazingly well rounded well to help your body achieve balance on many levels: physical, emotional and mental. To help meet you wherever you are at in your practice we have created:
6 Week Beginners Yoga Series and a 6 Week Advance Your Practice Series!

Advance Your Practice Yoga Series Fridays from 4:45-6pm
(from Jan 22nd-Feb 26th)
$67/series, plus tax
Dropins are available for $15 if space permits
The Beginners Series with Megan will be on Mondays 4:45pm and will run from January 18th until February 22nd. This class will introduce you to the basic core concepts of Yoga, so you can start to practice safely and confidently. Over the six weeks you will heighten your body and self awareness, learn more about your breath and its role in Yoga and be introduced to key postures that will help you build a stable base for more learning and practice.
Our Advance Your Practice six week series with RachelG will be on Fridays 4:45pm will be running from January 22nd to February 26th and will sky rocket your Yoga practice to the next level!. Learn to identify and unlock the areas of your body and practice where you might be held back so could can find new strength and softness. Over the six weeks you will awakens areas that may be sleepy and inactive, quiet areas that are overactive and travel further into the realms of steady observation in body and mind awareness.
Each series is $67 each (plus tax), and if space allows limited drop ins are available for $15 each.
