Beginners' Yoga Course
A six week course introducing the most popular yoga postures, breathing techniques and relaxation. Open to all levels of fitness.
Type of Event
Every Friday 18:45 -19:45.
Please pay for the full course at your first attendance, £10 for each remaining week. The course finishes on Friday 13th February.
At the end of the course students will feel confident to attend open classes and practice safely and enjoyably.
