Beginner's Yoga Series
Build awareness of our postural imbalances and identify where physical and emotional trauma may reside within our bodies. This class focuses on reconnecting to the intelligence of the body. We will discuss posture and understanding how our habits have contributed to the current condition.
Type of Event
This 4-week series will ease you into a more confident and fulfilling yoga practice. You will learn about your body, meditation, and breathing techniques. Ilona Goanos has been practicing yoga for the past twelve years and studied under master teachers Rodney Yee and Colleen Saidman Yee to become a certified teacher. She is currently enrolled in a course of study to become a Yoga Wellness Educator to reach those who have not been introduced to the healing benefits of yoga. You can trust that you will be in great hands!
