Type of Event
In this 4 week series we will break down some of the basics of yoga:
Week 1: Basics: What is Yoga? What do I need and what to expect. How to breathe and warm ups.
Week 2: Am I doing the pose right? We will cover basic standing poses.
Week 3: Keys on balancing poses and hip opening.
Week 4: We'll cover floor poses including: core-strengthening, heart/shoulder opening, and twisting.
