Beginning Chair Yoga - Mostly sitting with some standing
Beginning Chair Yoga for Seniors - The series of classes is for people who want to improve their posture, strength, flexibility, balance and range of motion. We will start slowly and build your strength. We work with hands, feet, arms, legs, opening the chest, strengthening the core and back. Each week you will increase the length of time your spend standing. You will learn yoga poses and do yoga therapy. Class meets once a week for 12 weeks.

Wednesday afternoons at 2 starting April 1, 2015 and continuing for 12 weeks.
$100 for 10 classes over a 12 week period. Individual classes are available if space is available for $14/class.

Chair Yoga is a safe and therapeutic form of exercise specifically designed to help older adults improve strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance, all while promoting mindfulness and focused awareness.
