Beginning Hatha Yoga
Learn the basics of asana, pranayama, and systematic relaxation, all done in a meditative style. Great for all levels and body types. Mary has taught Hatha Yoga for 30 years and uses modifacations and variations to fit the individual student. You will leave feeling relaxed and energized.
