Never practiced yoga before? This 4-week series is designed specifically for the absolute beginner or anyone wanting a step-by-step review of the basics! In just 4 short weeks, you will walk away with a foundation in the fundamentals of yoga, breathing, and alignment in elemental versions of the poses. In this series you gain the knowledge that will help you to feel comfortable walking into drop-in Level One or All Levels yoga classes.
