As we approach the dark of the winter solstice, learn ways to nurture and heal yourself at a deep level - and to restore your energies ready for the challenges of the coming year.

The workshop will explore Ahimsa - non violence - with reference to your own body.
Using restorative postures and exploring how we can move mindfully in the more dynamic postures, the workshop will also include Yoga Nidra for a wonderfully relaxing experience.
You will get an idea of why it is so important to be gentle with yourself rather than continually strive for someone else's idea of perfection.
