Bellydance & Yoga Flow Workshop
We are offering an awesome combination of Bellydancing and Yoga. A great way to shake off the end of summer as we transition from the carefree summer months into the more hibernating fall and winter months with declining temperatures. Utilizing the rhythm of nature (and the music) and life into the breath, we will move into a graceful flow through the morning.

There’s a certain crispness in the air that let’s you know there is indeed change in the air! If you have any connection to nature, intuitively you will feel powerful, physical changes that occur. Yoga and bellydancing is a great way to stay focused, balanced and calm through these seasonal transitions.
Beginning the day with gentle and grounding yoga poses and foundational bellydance moves to calm our energy and find our centre. Helping to keep us balanced and centered amongst the transformations taking place around us.
The morning will heat up into shaking that booty a little harder in the bellydance moves and into yoga poses that build heat and the blood flowing freely. Postures and dance moves that use the largest muscle groups will be great for raising your temperature and getting the heart pumping. We will work the whole body and the entire core.
Completing the workshop with some melting movements, slowing down into a peaceful meditation and relaxation (the best part of the event).
