Bhakti Yoga Workshop
Bhakti Yoga is the path of least resistance as it is its own means and ends -it is the path of Grace. Bhakti means devotion. Devotion to what? Devotion to something greater than your own being. Bhakti is a series or succession of mental efforts at spiritual realization. In this 3 day workshop you will be exposed to many methods of bhakti yoga such as chanting mantras, kirtan, study of spiritual scripture (shastra), but ultimately it is up to the individual to find which form resonates with them.
