This workshop is for Bikram Yoga and Hot Yoga practitioners, beginners and advanced. During the 4 hour interactive workshop we will go through each posture of the classic Bikram Yoga series and both breathing exercises one by one. You will learn all Bikram Yoga basics and gain a better understanding of locking the knee, tucking the chin etc.

Full Description

This workshop is for Bikram Yoga and Hot Yoga practitioners, beginners and advanced. During the 4 hour interactive workshop we will go through each posture of the classic Bikram Yoga series and both breathing exercises one by one.

You will learn all Bikram Yoga basics and gain a better understanding of locking the knee, tucking the chin, sucking the stomach in, making 'ha sound', doing a sit up

You will also learn helpful tricks and tips that you probably haven't heard in class yet but that will make your practice more efficient and deeper.

You will get personal adjustments and corrections, you will learn how to practice safely, efficiently, and healthy in a heated room, and you will get the chance to ask questions.

Katja Holzhei is a certified Bikram Yoga teacher. She has been practicing Bikram Yoga for 10 years, teaching for 9 years and has taught Bikram Yoga to over 15,000 students in Europe and Canada.
