Blindfolded Yoga Workshop
Come celebrate the New Year by stepping out of your comfort zone and into your own personal strength. I invite you to join me on the mat for a blindfolded yoga practice.

Walk with me into the unknown and literally feel your way into the spaces within and around your body. Draw your attention inward and trust yourself. Improve your focus, gain greater body awareness, and heighten your other senses.
Using detailed verbal cues, I will guide you through a blindfolded slow flow series of basic yoga postures (kneeling, standing, and balance postures, as well as hip openers) followed by an extended Savasana. Our session will conclude with discussion and reflection of this powerful yoga practice.
A familiarity with basic yoga postures is highly recommended.
Blindfolds will be provided.
