Enjoy being led on a journey to the heart through yoga and nature exploration. Nurture your spirit in a weekend of yoga for all levels, restorative asana practices and nature foraging. Nikki and Pepper will offer four unique yoga sessions throughout the weekend. Dan will teach the art of awakening and fine-tuning the senses to gain a deeper perception of the mysteries of the natural world all around. You will learn techniques designed to help you remember the intuitive and latent genetic aspects of yourself, guided by Nature as your subtle reflector, remembering and rediscovering nourishing wild foods and medicines. You will learn how to enhance your intuition through this practice of discovery and awareness of the I-as-Nature.
