Yoga invites the Heart, the mind, the body into a deep abiding awareness and stillness.
This 2 hour Yoga workshop first focuses on deepening awareness through your physical strength and flexibility. This focus we create, accesses the silent mind, which opens the door to our inner calm and peace.
Kelly Marie is teaching Yoga over 15 years, and an Ayurveda therapist for over 10 years. This course is for all of us.
