Integrating hatha yoga asana, meditation, pranayama and expressive arts, we will explore of the beauty of our bodies as nature vessels and the balance that we can cultivate through our breath and deep connection to the self. From 10am-4pm on Saturday, November 22nd, we will consider the lessons in our bodies, beauty, breath and balance through a series of breathing meditations, writing exercises, creative activities and balance-focused yoga practice.
Join Liberty in the yurt at TLC Farm where we will practice on the mandala-floored sanctuary nestled in nature. This workshop will hold a maximum of 12 people, so we will be assured an intimate learning environment. If weather allows we will spend time in nature observing and practicing these concepts.
