Full Description

A somatic (body-centered) approach to transformation with AcroYoga , yoga and deep intentional work.

This retreat will provide you a movement-centered framework that will help you build practices that will transform your life.

Max and Neilon will share tools from diverse physical and psychological disciplines. This includes yoga, AcroYoga, Expressive Arts Therapy, Thai Massage and movement training.

There will be daily yoga and AcroYoga workshops. We will also spend some time each day working on process-driven artwork and meditation practices. We will also swim in the heated pool, walk in the woods, do outdoor yoga, have a movie night, laugh and discover new things about ourselves and life.

We will grow together, remedying digital social isolation with authentic person to person, body to body connection. We develop practices gain resilience, ease burnout, catalyse self-healing and provide signposts to maintain the practices after the retreat.

If you're sick and tired of being sick and tired, then this could be the retreat for you.

The cost of the full board retreat will be £395 with a limited early bird rate of £315. July 1st is the last day of EARLY BIRD.

Each participant will have their own ensuite room.
All dietary requirements will be catered for. The price includes 3 meals and 2 snacks on the full days.
