Full Description

Would you like to be at your best when it counts the most?
Would you like to make your yoga practice even more effective?
Are you ready to support good health naturally and prevent illness before it begins in less than 10 minutes a day?

This free, hands-on workshop will be value-packed and experiential. You'll learn about BodyTalk, a revolutionary and holistic approach to healing and wellness, and how it can work for you. You'll experience and take home a 10-minute health routine you can use daily as a foundation for better wellness on all levels. This includes tools to:
-achieve good health, mental clarity, improved focus, and headache relief
-improve your immune function
-optimize your body's hydration levels (even if you're drinking enough, your body may not be absorbing enough water)

*I'll offer a special scholarship just to participants for a one-on-one healing program, available only the day of the workshop!
*One lucky person will receive a short BodyTalk session during the presentation!

For 20+ years, Carol slept only 3-4 hours a night. After beginning BodyTalk, she reported, “my sleep overall has improved. I am also a bit more zen. Less Grrrrrrr…and more zen…My life overall has improved for the better.” – Carol Lazarro

"Kristin has introduced me to BodyTalk, sharing an exercise that helps clear the "chatter" in my brain and leads to better focus. I have used the exercise nearly each day since then and find it calming and grounding." - Jeannie Mouzar
