Type of Event
Meet 4 weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) for group workouts with brand new equipment! This will be 7:00-8:00am on March 21st & 22nd, .
The fun begins Saturday, March 21st and goes until Sunday, April 12th
• Meet 4 weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) for group workouts with brand new equipment! This will be 7-8am.
• Weekday at-home challenges using our beloved, proven bodyweight exercises. These will include workouts, water consumption, food choices, simple ways to incorporate more movement into everyday
• We will put each participant on a team to encourage peeps to complete their at-home challenges. Lululemon has donated prizes for all who complete the challenges.
• We will send out easy-to-implement fitness routines + healthy living tips
