Breaking down Broga®
2.5 hours of breaking down one of the most fun yoga styles around! We will work through the Broga® sequences, focusing on back & twists, legs & hips, chest & shoulders and going upside-down!
Type of Event
This workshop has been developed specifically for athletes and active people who enjoy a dynamic yoga practice. Working through traditional yoga poses and fun sequences, your endurance will be tested as you work to increase strength and flexibility.
We will focus on the best alignment for your body in standing poses, balances and inversions, helping to improve overall physical performance and mobility as well as prevent injury. Challenging isometric work will deepen core stability and engage your entire body.
You will learn to harness your focus, control your breath, and hone your power, and will walk away with a better understanding of how Broga® can best compliment your other physical pursuits and activities, whether you are a seasoned yoga practitioner, a runner or a climber, or an all-round fitness junkie.
