Breaking Down Muscle Tension
In this workshop you will learn simple take home techniques you can do yourself to release tight and stressed muscles. We will use foam rollers, massage balls and poles to help release the tight muscles and fascia to improve all round mobility. A technique called self- myofascial release, a bit like a self administered deep tissue massage.

Francesca has 15 years experience as a Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist. She has treated many clients experiencing burn out, who travel frequently on planes, athletes, bodybuilders, Personal trainers, new Mum’s. She has worked with clients exclusively in London, Saudi Arabia, New York and Doha. In this workshop, Francesca will go through some of the common muscular imbalance patterns she see’s in her clients to help you alleviate your own tension.
Francesca leads a very active lifestyle herself enjoying Martial Arts, Yoga and training for obstacle course events, however she recognises that recovery is a fundamental aspect to continue to lead an active lifestyle.
