Breath and Bandha Workshop`
This is the first of my regular Thursday evening mini-workshops. Suitable for complete beginners, although experienced yogis welcome too. We will be looking at pranayama (breathing exercises) and the bandhas (energy locks in the body), and their relevance both on and off the mat. There will be some basic asana (physical yoga poses) involved.
