Full Description

1. Primal Movement:
Connect with the primal, original movements of the body in it's natural environment.
The practice involves breathing, walking, running, balancing, crawling, climbing, swimming, lifting, carrying & throwing. The core of the practice is the training of movement skills with a focus on effective and efficient physical performance. Strength and conditioning are equally emphasized.
Get ready for a gentle and very exciting form of exercising.
Suitable for all level starting beginners to advanced.

2. Capoeira:
Brazilian martial art that combines elements of dance, acrobatics and music.
Capoeira is an art form, and artistic way to move, dance & reflex.
Capoeira is good for agility & fast reflexes, it enhances flexibility, boosts heart and improve balance.
We will be giving an introduction to Capoeira to taste the flavor of how it feels to practice it.

3. Yoga
Yoga is not about the acrobatic postures that you master, its about learning how to synchronize your movement with your breathing. It’s more of a self-exploration, mastering your body and mind. Uniting body, mind and soul.
Yoga is a life style and an attitude toward life.
You will be introduced to yoga and different breathing techniques, where it will lead you to a relaxed state of mind.
The practice will be suitable for all levels.

4. Sightseeing:
We will be having the opportunity to see Heissa island, Naser Lake & other Islands, Pheila temple, Barrbar area (the other side of Aswan)and Anakato eco-lodge
