Full Description

"The gift of the wide open spaces is that they nudge us beyond who we imagine ourselves to be so we can begin to see the profound possibilities for our lives and reconnect with the dreams we carry deep inside."
Kirsten and Tony have pooled their many years of breath learnings to create an innovative program that will be enhanced by the wide open spaces of the outback & the challenge of its solitude. Powerful people have powerful breaths and are filled with ‘creative’ or transformable energy.
The quality and quantity of energy you receive, transform and generate is a reflection of the quality and quantity of your breath.
Each day you will be learning and practicing breath control techniques to help control the mind, reduce stress and anxiety, increase concentration and ability to make clear decisions, calm the nervous system, assist with better sleep & balance hormones and emotions. Removing yourself as far away as possible from your daily routine will enable you to breathe anew and have time to practice.
Be prepared to walk 5-10km per day & learn basic camel handling skills from experienced camel and cameleer trainer, Russell Osborne & his partner Tara Lea. Russell is a Professional Transcontinental Camel Expeditioner; Published author of ‘Camelman Dreaming’ & numerous camel eBooks, dedicated life partner to Tara Lea and father of 4 children. Tara specialises in co-creating inspirational Camel Trek Retreats, assisting with training courses, conducting charity campaigns using camels, advocating the health benefits of camel milk – especially for Autistic children & using camels as therapy. Please enquire early for this very unique trek as we only have 5 places left.
