Often our minds seem to take over with too many thoughts. Focusing on breathing brings calming to that busy-ness. We will play with simple ways to experience more ease and lightness.

Yoga Pranayama gives us practices to experience that which is natural and enhance its effectiveness. The breath is more powerful than thoughts, for without breathing, we do not exist. Training our aware mind to be more predominant than our thinking mind is the highest self-care we can undertake. In this time together, you will come away with simple practices you can recreate on a daily calm and poise as the undercurrent to daily living.
