British Wheel of Yoga Foundation Course
Develop your personal practice underpinned by the theory and the philosophy of Yoga. A relaxed enjoyable personal development course, it can also be a foundation for those who wish to go on to BWY Teaching Diploma.

The course runs over 10 Saturdays 9.30am to 4.30pm.

The Foundation Course is run nationally (Accredited by BWY), suitable for anyone who wishes to develop their personal practice of yoga and widen their experience. It provides a comprehensive grounding in basic practical techniques and the philosophy that underpins Yoga. An ideal preparation for those who may wish to train as yoga teachers but equally suitable for students who do not wish to teach but look to deepen their own practice.
I have run15 BWY Foundation 1 Courses since 2002. 179 of my students have gained the BWY Foundation 1 Course Certificate and many are now yoga teachers.
Course Venue: Holy Cross Church Hall, Ryton, Tyne & Wear NE40 3QG.
10 meetings: Saturdays 9.30am–4.30pm.
Dates: 16 September 2017 to 21 April 2018 every 3-4 weeks.
You must be able to attend 80% of the Course to receive a Certificate.
