Bullet Proof Hips – Building Resilience, Flexibility and Strength
Our hips provide much of the power and force that our lower body generates for our movement practice; be it yoga, martial arts or simply enjoying the outdoors with walking and running.

Join Ulric for this workshop which includes practical anatomy of the hip joint and strength training before launching into your own experiential discovery of your hips through movement!
An initial focus on joint mobility will help restore ranges of motion and will be followed by hip specific strength training. The final section of the workshop will include fun and effective floor based flow sequences along with flexibility work, before settling into your final relaxation.
Ulric combines joint specific mobility and strength training inspired by Circular Strength Training (CST) with Kit Laughlin’s Stretch Therapy and the flowing movements influenced by Feldenkrais, Yoga and Animal Flow.
