Buti Yoga is a movement practice that fuses hatha yoga, tribal dance and plyometrics into a high-intensity workout that not only keeps the heart rate up, transforms the body, but also frees the spirit.

"BUTI" means the cure to something that is hidden in Indian Maharathi. The goal in BUTI is to unlock the Shakti energy trapped in the lower two chakras.

Buti Yoga incorporates spiraling movements which are aimed at unlocking the stagnant shakti energy at the base of the spine so that it rises, as the practice releases and opens up the hips to help energy flow freely in the body.

The movement focuses on the 1st and 2nd chakras to activate the innate qualities of freedom, power, confidence, and cleansing. On a physical level, many students say they notice a change in their abdominal structure even during their FIRST we can vouch for this one. First time we tried it, we were sore for DAYS.
