Join me FRIDAY 12/18, 5:45 pm at Be Luminous Yoga for a revitalizing practice and deeply restful Yoga Nidra. Together, we'll tap into your inner peace so you can carry it with you into the new year.
Yoga Nidra means Yogic Sleep and refers to the concious awareness of the Deep Sleep state. In Yoga Nidra you leave the waking state, go past the dreaming state and then go to deep sleep, yet remain awake. The state of yoga nidra is deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. Time spent in yoga nidra opens us to deeper clarity. It is one of the deepest of all meditations, leading us to supreme stillness and insight. We invite you to come and allow Tina Templemen to guide you into a deeply restful and revitalizing practice.
This restorative "inner body": yoga uses a series of guided visualizations and deep relaxation techniques to move beyond the conditioned mind into a state of expanded self-awareness.
