Restorative Yoga is a beautiful and powerful practice. Research has shown that Restorative Yoga can help with weight loss, lowering blood pressure, quality of sleep, decision making and much more. Most of the benefits come from learning how to breathe deeply and consciously relax the mind and body. The benefits are long lasting when practiced regularly. This is a very quiet, non-competitive practice that is accessible to every body. Restorative poses are held for up to 15 minutes and supported by bolsters, blankets and blocks.
