Join Taylor to reconnect with yourself in a candlelit practice moving from slow, mindful vinyasa flows to quiet restorative poses and guided meditation, this practice is the perfect opportunity to slow down and find light and inspiration for the new year. We will end the night with warm tea and cookies. Perfect for beginners and advanced yoga practitioners. Please bring a mat, water and a sweater for savasana and meditation if you get chilled easily.
