Caring has different sides, like a coin. Whilst it is often taxing, tiring and always demanding the other side is the richness of connection we need to foster. This connection to others and interest in their welfare is actually beneficial to our health. Body and mind. Caring has potential to bring us closer as humans to share our vulnerabilities in a world that can be so hard. This can be integrated into our practice too.
