Join me for seven days to nurture the very best of yourself. In a gorgeous, isolated setting with nothing but Howler Monkeys and jungle noises to disturb the peace you are given the time and space that we don't often have at home to reconnect with yourself in a soulful, empowering way. Starting each day with meditation, yoga and a fresh vegetarian breakfast we will set the energy of your day with a Daily Experience, a theme to apply to the thoughts and experiences of your day that will help to shape your perspective. Throughout your week we will meet and discuss concepts of Soulfulness, Soul Realignment and ways to live a more Soul-centered life. Each participant will also receive a Soul Realignment reading to support and facilitated your own soulful life. There will be ample free time to enjoy the amazing scenery: jungle hikes, beach walks, swimming, kayaking, snorkeling, gardening and more! The evening will be filled with more yoga and meditation as well as other little exercises to build both individual and collective love, joy and power.
Balancing beach time with healthy practices and deep thoughts creates a week that is not only fun and relaxing, but will also bring you closer to the heart of who you truly are.
