Causes & Conditions: Finding Ease in Arm Balances
Two and a half hour workshop starts with a 45 minute vinyasa class, then practice with arm balances (8 of them) and then wind down with restorative class at the end to go out into the world with a new perspective.

This workshop is intended for those who have little to no experience with arm balances all the way to those who have been practicing them for years. Come take an afternoon to learn about them.
Have you been to yoga classes, and the teacher says, “Now if its in your practice, you can take the arm balance here…” but weren’t really sure what that meant or how to actually DO it?
You’re not alone! Take the opportunity to join me to learn what an arm balance posture is, what it looks like and how to get into and out of them safely. Be prepared to use lots of props, ask questions, take notes if you want and LAUGH! Because after all, its just yoga.
