Chair Yoga for Seniors II - Yoga Above the Floor
Chair Yoga for Seniors II - Yoga Above the Floor is for people with prior yoga experience who want to practice without getting up and down from the floor. Half the class time is spent sitting in a chair and half standing. Your posture will improve as well as your strength flexibility and range of motions. Class meets once a week for 12 weeks.

$100 pays for 10 classes over a 12 week period. Individual classes may be purchased for $14 on a space available basis.

This is a fun class. We use various props to increase strength and range of motion. Over the 12 weeks of the class series, you will notice changes in your body and how good you feel.
