Chair Yoga is a gentle style of yoga that can be performed from both seated and standing positions while also incorporating the breathing and mind-body benefits of a traditional yoga class. This methodology is suitable for anyone confined to long hours of sitting as well as those with mobility issues.
Also explored will be the variety of ways other props such as blocks, bolsters, straps can be helpful in finding support, stability and longevity in a yoga pose.

Continued Education Credits: 5 Hours
Tuition: $150 / $130 if by June 15th
