Chairs and Yoga - a modifications workshop for yoga teachers
Chairs in yoga are a great extra support and connection to the earth. They might also allow us to take a shape more appropriate for alignment. They can help if we are tired, if we have limited mobility or injury and they can also be fun and creative outside of these other reasons to use chairs in yoga.
