Chakra Fusion

This jour­ney begins at the Base/​Mulad­hara with a Earth salu­ta­tion for hip open­ers and sta­bil­ity. Flow­ing with the ele­ment of Water to hon­our the repro­duc­tive sys­tem and emo­tions before ignit­ing the inner fire, gen­er­at­ing heat within the body by using the Fire mudra and the breath. We con­tinue to flow and move along the energy cen­tres end­ing with the Crown/​Sahas­rara, here we re-​affirm our con­nec­tion with God/​Goddess/​the Divine and melt into pure bliss with aware­ness of pure con­scious­ness. The sequences shared are inspired by Shiva Rea’s Chakra Vinyasa TT mod­ule.
