What are the Chakras, and how do you recognize and heal them?
Take a journey of self-awareness & healing. No yoga experience necessary!

• This workshop is Experiential, and includes Guided Experiences & Techniques for Attuning, Lecture and room for Questions & Discussion.

• No yoga experience is necessary! This workshop includes some extremely gentle soothing yoga postures done on the mat with blankets or in a chair, and meditation techniques.

• Bring a journal if you have one for notes and reflections.

• Chairs will be provided, or you may sit on studio cushions, mats and blankets!

Join Casey Gash, RYT at Yoga by the Sea to explore your chakras — your energy centers which hold the information of your subtle energy body. You will be guided through the 7 Chakras of the subtle energy body, and given simple tools to navigate these energy centers, heal and attune to the multi-facted dimensions of your energetic livlihood.
Attuning to the Chakras helps access feelings, intuition & creativity, as well as manefesting prosperity, harmony in relationships & well-being. Healing the Chakras helps align your Soul's Purpose ~ your Dharma.
This is an empowerment workshop, you alone are the creator of your experience, you are the healer. Together, we'll explore the chakra roadmap.
