Chakra Journeying: Guided Meditation & Sound Healing
Would you like to know more about the Chakras? Explore the 7 Chakras in this 7 week evening class. Each week we will learn about the qualities, colors, symbols, sounds, foods, and more about each Chakra. There will be a guided meditation with sound each week as well.

This series is 7 Mondays in early 2020. There is no regular class on Feb. 10 (separate special Gong Sound Event). We are holding Mon., March 16, 2020 open as a make-up session if needed.

Would you like to know more about the Chakras? Explore the 7 Chakras in this 7 week evening class. Each week we will learn about the qualities, colors, symbols, sounds, foods, and other information about each Chakra. There will be a guided meditation with sound each week as well. Most sessions will close with a guided meditation based on the Healing Hand Gesture or Mudra associated with each Chakra. Treats are often involved!
-No experience necessary. This is not a physical yoga posture practice. Ages 14 & up; we may consider younger people on a case-by-case basis- please speak with Julie to make arrangements.
-You can still join us, even if you missed the first class or have to miss some of them. We had an amazing journey this past summer and fall with this series, so we offering it again, but adding a special guest teacher and musician!
-We will hold open March 16, 2020 as a make-up session and possibly a farewell get-together for the group.
-There will be no regular class on Mon., Feb. 10 as there is already a Gong Sound Meditation event already scheduled. You have the option of purchasing a pass for that event.
-If you would miss more than one class, we can discuss arrangements for other make-up classes. Drop-in option will also be available for those that can only make it once in awhile. Non-denominational.
-Dress in layers for comfort. Bring your own mat, blanket, pillow, cushion as needed. Chairs are available at the studio.
-Please be sure to park on Pleasant St. or in the free public lot on Pleasant St. when you attend events at Village Wellness-Brookfield. If space is available, you can certainly park directly in front of the studio.
