What are chakras exactly? Chakras are centers of energy, on the midline of the body. There are seven chakras, which govern our psychological properties. A default color is assigned to each of these chakras and they each have a certain effect on bodily functions and emotions.
The workshop Chakra Meditation & Ginger Relaxation consists of three major components:
- Chakra activation – by relaxing yoga exercises and breathing, space is created in the body
- An accompanying Chakra meditation to come into balance
- Deep relaxation where balance and harmony can flow through the body, ending with a singing bowl concert
