Sing your heart out with kirtan, mantra and good vibrations, voice and breath work in this peaceful and characterful venue. Chanting is a key practice and complement to meditation and hatha yoga.

Lighthearted and warm, the workshop includes lots of practice and:
how singing benefits body and mind
the path of bhakti (see what is bhakti yoga?) and kirtan practice
working with gratitude
the major deities and the energies they represent
key mantras and their use in everyday life
a few ‘singer-ly’ elements about the voice and breath
All are welcome, beginners, those who’ve been told they can’t sing, and those with experience of singing or chanting.
