An essential pose of vinyasa yoga, chaturanga dandasana is actually incredibly advanced and complex. The pose has been dubbed a “shoulder shredder” because when done improperly, it can damage your tendons and muscles. This workshop will be a guiding beacon that will keep you healthy, happy and safe on the yoga mat for years to come.
