ChiHiking:

ChiHiking will teach you to move from your center, your core, and not use your legs to hike!! You'll learn proper body alignment and movement techniques that will give you a powerful sense of balance and stability, as well as relaxation and spaciousness in your body and mind. The ChiHiking program combines the inner focus and flow of t'ai chi with hiking to create efficient and graceful movement. This approach engages the use of your core muscles for propulsion instead of relying solely on your legs.

- Personal check-in tricks and tools
- Innovative technique drills
- How to relax and conserve energy at any walking speed

Yoga:

Yoga complements the principals of ChiHiking. During the yoga sessions you will learn stretches for greater flexibility, breathing techniques to increase endurance, strength postures to build muscle, and meditation techniques to create a greater sense of well-being. The yoga and ChiHiking techniques can be applied to a variety of exercises and to daily life.

No prior yoga or hiking experience is necessary to reap the benefits of these powerful techniques.
