In this 3 hour workshop, we will dive into self care through Movement, Focus and Relaxation. We will explore breathing exercises, classic yoga postures and a movement flow. Vinyasa Yoga Flow will warm your whole self, condition the muscles and fill you with new energy. A slower yoga flow will allow you to focus deeper on the postures and learn their secrets. Straight to the point Zazen meditation will be introduced and practiced as a tool for balance and much are welcome!!!
Students will leave with a better understanding
of how to use Yoga and Meditation practices
in everyday life.
