This two hour workshop will begin with a discussion. Then we will explore postures and breath techniques that help ease symptoms of Peri-menopause and Menopause.

Adaptability is a key feature of health and happiness. The practices shared in this workshop can help you to be flexible in body and mind. For lasting effects these practices must be done regularly.

Symptoms: hot flashes, mood swings, thinning bones, sleepless nights, fatigue, anxiety, depression.

Symptoms can start as early as mid thirties. This workshop is appropriate for anyone interested in learning how to create balance during this phase of life.

A handout is included to encourage home practice.
