Looking for a career change? Would you like to teach yoga and meditation to children? Would you like to add children's yoga and meditation classes to your existing studio schedule?

Module 1 of the Chilled Out Child Meditation and Mindful Living facilitator training programme will introduce you to how much fun it is to coach school age children to manage and counteract the effects of stress in their daily lives by teaching them breathing, relaxation, meditation and mindfulness meditation techniques. You will gain the confidence to teach children to be more mindful of their surroundings and how they interact with their environment and the people in their lives.

After completion of Module 1, you can follow the meditation and mindfulness facilitator pathway by participating in Module 2, or focus on the children's yoga pathway and participate in the Chakra Kids programme.

Module 1 is ideal for;
anyone who wishes to include meditation, relaxation and mindful living techniques into their family life

children’s yoga instructors and school teachers who aim to use meditation in their existing children’s yoga classes or in the school classroom
