Since Easter is the time when we transition into spring this special bank holiday
weekend retreat will be focused on casting o winter cobwebs and preparing
ourselves to step radiantly into summer so you feel lovingly restored, rejuvenated
Each morning a nourishing and renewing yin/yang yoga practice will be oered to
connect and rebalance the body and mind.
Afternoon classes will be restorative and stilling, intended to bring you to a place
of profound peace and presence.
Free time can be spent relaxing by the pool, curling up on the sofa with a good
book, sipping Italian coee on the terrace or taking a stroll through the
A special Easter weekend menu will be served combining Katherine’s knowledge
of Ayurveda and healthy eating with James appreciation of all things Italian and
the abundance of incredible fresh produce available in the area.
The week will include a visit to the famous Baci chocolate factory in Perugia and
conclude with a spectacular Easter Sunday lunch and Baci chocolate hunt
through the olive groves.
By their own admission Baci of Perugia are the most romantic and sensual
chocolates. ‘Baci’ means ‘Kisses’ and they come to you as a mouthful of sweetness
and love. Layer upon layer of rich, dark Italian chocolate wraps nougat and
hazelnut and comes neatly packaged with an individual love note.
