Come try out this NEW fast paced workout including two main elements: Clubbell® yoga exercises & Clubbell® yoga vinyasa. Clubbell® yoga and bodyweight exercises will challenge your coordination and improve primal movement patterns using High Intensity Interval Training. Expect to sweat and go into some oxygen debt during the first phase of the workout, where you do your yoga conditioning. The second phase of the class includes Clubbell® yoga vinyasa flows, in which each vinyasa sequence compliments the 'yoga sport specific' skill presented in the workout. This class is challenging anaerobically and trains dynamic movement patterns. This is open to all levels of fitness, even those with minimal yoga experience.
A Clubbell will be provided for your use and they will also be available for
